Hankin really does it with class. Meridian opened in August, 2016. Meridian is beautiful, well kept, and gets better by the day. Leasing staff and maintenance crew are professional, friendly and see to it that any concerns are taken care of promptly.
When we first moved in we were issued an indoor parking spot that did not have a storage cage above it. When brought to the attention of the Community Manager we were assigned a different spot with a storage unit in a matter of minutes!
When a package is delivered for you a member of the leasing staff promptly calls you so that you are aware that it has been delivered and keeps it in a secure location until you are able to pick it up.
The maintenance staff is friendly, courteous and promptly addresses any concerns. When we moved in we had a sliding glass door that was very stiff and required a huge effort to open or close because of it being brand new. Also, some bathroom caulking around the sink needed to be touched up. The maintenance staff quickly and professionally lubricated the door so that it’s much easier to operate now, and they did a beautiful job re-caulking around the sink. They also went the extra step to make sure that the areas they worked in were clean and spotless when they were finished.
The amenities are wonderful and get better on nearly a daily basis. Outdoor areas are well-lit and pleasant and provide a nice setting for getting together with your neighbors.
